Terms & Conditions of Sales

PRELIMINARY

(a) In these conditions:

(i) "The Seller" means Envelope Kings, their ultimate holding company, and any subsidiary.

(ii) "Goods" means any paper, board or any other goods and services agreed to be sold by
the Seller.

(iii) "Sale" means any sale of any paper, board or other goods or services by the Seller to any
person or company ("the Buyer").

(b) All sales shall be governed by these Conditions and no alteration to these Conditions in respect of any sale shall be binding on the Seller unless it is in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of the Seller. PAYMENT TERMSPayment for Goods shall be due on the date shown on the Seller invoice. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment Legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

QUOTATIONS

All quotations and tenders are given by the Seller on condition that they do not constitute any offer of a Sale and that the Seller shall not be bound until he has communicated his acceptance of the Buyer's order and these Conditions. These Conditions shall prevail unless the Seller has agreed the contrary in writing.

PRICE

All prices are subject to market fluctuations. Accordingly, the price to be paid by the Buyer for any Goods shall be the Seller's price applicable at the date of dispatch of such Goods.

All prices have no VAT as we are not VAT or EU VAT registered.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be effected by leaving the Goods at the address specified by the Buyer. Whenever possible a signature will be obtained as proof of delivery, but Seller reserves the right to deliver without obtaining a signature.

Any complaint of short delivery must be notified to the Seller within 24 hours of receipt of Goods. Any complaint of failure to deliver Goods invoiced must be so notified and confirmed within ten days of the date of the invoice.

Property of Goods will pass to the Buyer only when the Seller has received payment in full for such Goods.

WARRANTY

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality or performance of the Goods within 14 Days of the receipt of the Goods the Seller will replace the Goods, or accept the return of the Goods and credit the Buyer with the price thereof, or make to the Buyer an allowance representing the difference between the value of the Goods at the time of the complaint by the Buyer and the value they would have had if they had not been so defective (providing that the Buyer shall still be liable to pay the balance not in dispute according to normal terms).

RETURNS

Other than as permitted by the Seller, Goods shall not be returned by the Buyer to the Seller without prior agreement, Goods to be returned must be as fit for sale as they were when delivered. The Seller reserves the right to charge 20 per cent of the invoice value of the Goods for handling costs and a collection charge if applicable. The Seller does not accept any returns from the Buyer after 14 days from receipt of Goods or if the Goods have been printed unless defective when delivered.
